counselling talk, on Saturday morning. I renamed the talk: "sadar tah kau eh" talk. hehehehehehe! didn't pay much attention to what he was saying except for the activities.

the rest of the day was a nightmare. I spent my night locked in my room, just weeping. til my eyes jadi labu :( but everything's back to normal now, I guess. it's just one of those days.... :')
